By accessing and using the services of CapitalTWJ B.V., booking appointments, or visiting our studio located at Eikenlaan 131, 9748 NZ Groningen, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all clients, visitors, and users of CapitalTWJ services.

About CapitalTWJ

We operate from our studio in Groningen and are committed to delivering exceptional nail care services in a professional environment.

Service Booking and Appointments

When booking services with CapitalTWJ, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when making reservations
• Arrive punctually for your scheduled appointment
• Provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling
• Pay for services according to our pricing structure
• Follow health and safety guidelines during your visit

Client Obligations

As a client of CapitalTWJ, you are responsible for:

• Disclosing any relevant health conditions or allergies that may affect treatment
• Maintaining respectful behavior towards staff and other clients
• Following aftercare instructions provided by our technicians
• Respecting our studio environment and equipment
• Complying with our health and safety protocols

Payment and Pricing

Payment for CapitalTWJ services is due at the time of service unless alternative arrangements have been made. We accept various payment methods including cash and card payments. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice. Gift vouchers are available and subject to specific terms and expiration dates.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours advance notice for appointment cancellations or changes. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in charges. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, illness, or emergencies, and will make every effort to accommodate you at an alternative time.

Health and Safety

CapitalTWJ maintains strict hygiene and safety standards. We use professional-grade sterilization equipment and follow industry best practices. Clients with certain health conditions, infections, or open wounds may be refused treatment for health and safety reasons. We are not liable for adverse reactions to treatments when proper disclosure has not been made.

Intellectual Property

All content on the CapitalTWJ website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of CapitalTWJ B.V. and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission. The CapitalTWJ name, logo, and branding are trademarks of CapitalTWJ B.V.

Termination

CapitalTWJ reserves the right to refuse service or terminate the client relationship at any time for violation of these terms, inappropriate behavior, or for any reason deemed necessary for the safety and comfort of our staff and other clients. Upon termination, any outstanding payments become immediately due.

Modifications to Terms

CapitalTWJ may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Groningen, Netherlands. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
